1) Do I need to pay deposit ? Can I reserve party without deposit ?

There is $100.00 non-refundable deposit. There is no refund upon the cancellation of the booked event. The deposit is non-refundable to any store credit

 

2) Can I change the date , time and room after the party is reserved with deposit ?
Once the deposit is paid, changes for event date, time and room are not suggested. If there is any change requested, please advise us 12 days in advance of your event. Note: dates/time for party room(s) are subject to availability at that time. More than one time change or shorter than 12 days’ notice will be charged a $50.00 fee per transaction change.  

3) Can I upgrade the package after the party is reserved with deposit ?
Package upgrade is allowed, but deadline for upgrade should be 3 days prior to the event. Receiving a bigger room is not guaranteed after upgrading, as it is based on room availability. No upgrade is allowed after deadline.  

4) Can I downgrade the package after the party is reserved with deposit ?
Package downgrade is not allowed if you booked a combined room ( Kingdom room + Unicorn room)

 

5) Do we need to wear socks in the playground?
This is Sock Only Playground, please bring your own non-slip socks, or buy non-slip socks at our playground.  

6) Is the birthday child included in the child counts of the package?
Birthday child (1 kid limit) is not included in the child.  

7) Are children under 12 months old included in the child count of the package ?
Children under 12 months old are permitted and excluded from the total guest counts. All items included in the packages would also exclude any child under 12 months old.  

8) Do hosts and guests need to sign the waiver forms ? Do we need to provide any allergies information?
Host(s) is suggested to distribute the waiver forms to guests before the event day. All guests must be on a signed waiver prior to entering and get the wristband. The host(s) is responsible to inform the guests that the parents/guardians are responsible to supervise their own kids in the playground, party room and arcade.  

9) Do party packages include food and drink ?

Happy Kingdom doesn’t provide any food or drink currently. The host(s) can bring outside food and non- alcoholic drink to the party. The host(s) is responsible for any allergies of all attendees. 

10) When can we do setup for the party ?
Host(s) can only come 30 minutes earlier to do setup.  You are welcome to bring your own decoration but only painter's tape can be used to decorate rooms. No confetti, pinatas, sparklers, silly string, or glitter. 

11) Can we add extra time for party room reserved ?
Each additional half-hour will be charged $75 for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, PA Day, and Holidays, and $50 will be charged from Monday to Thursday (under the premise that no upcoming party is booked for the room). 

12) When shall we leave the party room ?
All guests must immediately vacate the party room at the end of the party. 

13) How do we book package for  large group above 30 kids & 30 adults ?

Combined Room (Kingdom Room& Unicorn Room) is for above 30 kids & 30 adults’ packages only (package D and E). 

Palm Tree Room can also accommodate above 30 kids & 30 adults’ packages  (package D and E), which has separate entrance to the playground.

14) Do you do setup and cleanup of the party room ?
Happy Kingdom is responsible for the setup and cleanup of the party room but not responsible for the room decoration.

15 ) Is Happy Kingdom responsible for any personal items lost inside/outside the facility?  

Happy Kingdom is not responsible for any personal items lost inside/outside the facility.

16 )  Can parties be rescheduled due to inclement weather ?  

Parties may reschedule for any day/time that is available due to inclement weather.
