Happy Kingdom Entertainment Inc. is an entertainment entity that provide fun and enthusiasm soft-play indoor playground facility for family and friends to come in with their children. We are proud to serve our community better where the children with their parents can have fun as a family and it is important in their growth to help foster creativity with a place like us! We encourage a socially interactive place for all ages not just limited to a spacious and playful indoor playground but moreover, our facility also includes an amusement gaming and entertainment room targeting kids, youth and all families.
We are now recruiting Cashier / Playground Attendant (working from 2-5 days, hours subject to operational availabilities)
Job Duties but not limited to:

Greet customers and assist customers in needs
-
Provide relevant information to our guests; Ensure that guests are aware of pricing, special events, and promotions

Explain the play and safety rules of indoor playground and amusement room; Ensure guests adhere to site and Health and Safety policies and procedures

Assist with customers’ inquiries; handle phone inquiries in professional etiquette
-
Handle customers’ complaints – provide customers’ a feedback form and minimize hostile situations; assess situations and log complaints; provide sound solutions independently; report to supervisor for escalated matters/inquiries; relay concerns to supervisor whereas needed

Enforce waiver policies and process liability waiver for indoor playground

Complete sale transactions and POS procedures for indoor playground admission(s)

Ensure all visitors into the playground area wear socks and provide pricing information about pair of socks if customers did not bring their own

Keep the door gate secure at all times for in-and-out visitors/children
-
Complete sale transactions and game card transactions for amusement gaming room
-
Complete transactions at redemption counter
-
Stock reception counter or redemption counter – ensure inventory and supplies are stocked as needed and are not overstocked
-
Maintain playground or amusement room cleanliness and report hygiene matter if any; provide general maintenance on all other areas including the common area of Happy Kingdom

Take order to reserve bookings for birthday parties; make notes of special accommodations from customers

Coordinate birthday party events and provide party set up; ensure sanitization of the party rooms followed by company’s procedures

Assist with birthday party services.

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
-
High school or equivalent
-
Previous hospitality experiences
-
Able to work some flexible hours for operational needs
-
Stable or permanent work availabilities
-
CPR or First Aid Certificate preferred
-
Previous POS training or related experience is an asset; able to handle monetary transactions

Ability to provide excellent in-person customer service/telephone manner
-
Above average problem solver
-
Work well with children and parents
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Punctual and reliable with strong work ethic
